Items are made to order so we ask that you allow at least a week for production time. 

Orders are shipped USPS mail. We don't charge more than what it costs us for shipping and delivery confirmation is available. Please note that the shipping costs for pet beds is significantly higher than other items because of the size of the products and the amount of quality stuffing that goes inside the beds! 

Contact us through our website or email us at admin@bobandrocksy.com to let us know what you're looking for. Once we confirm your order is possible we will email you a Paypal invoice. The order will not be started until payment had been received and cleared. Please note, once the order has started there are no refunds or exchanges. Please allow at least a two week production time for custom orders as well. If more time is needed we will contact you immediately. 

We do not allow refunds on any items. 

Due to the made-to-order aspect of our business, only certain items qualify for exchange. Custom orders and treat orders do not qualify for exchange. Clothes, necklaces, collars, and beds do qualify for exchange of lesser or equal value the original purchase price. Shipping charges to return the order are the responsibility of the purchaser as well as the cost of shipping the replacement item. Replacement items that cost less than the original purchase will result in difference and it will be applied to the shipment of the replacement. The purchaser is still held responsible to pay remaining shipping charges before the replacement is shipped. 

Please purchase wisely and try to avoid this situation. We are more than willing to work with you in the event a qualifying exchange needs to take place. Remember our items are made to order wither or not it's a custom order.
